We had an excellent Christmas stay at the hotel! the upgraded rooms were spacious and had stunning views of the surroundings. the staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service, making our stay extra special. the hotel's transportation service was also a great convenience, allowing us to explore the nearby areas easily. we thoroughly enjoyed the attentive staff, spacious rooms, and convenient transportation service.

The food at the hotel fell short of our expectations. the breakfast and dinner options were limited and not up to international standards.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit panaca. We enjoyed everything of our stay there. Free WiFi was working perfectly.

This hotel boasts exclusive amenities, such as a sauna, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi, which fulfilled our luxurious needs. the spacious rooms provide privacy with private facilities, and the bar/lounge area serves delicious cocktails. the attentive service was outstanding, making us feel pampered and special. the location advantage is that it is surrounded by abundant local nature, making it a photographer's dream. the views of the landscape from the hotel are breathtaking.

The only minor issue we faced was the slightly out, of, the, way location, but the hotel provides organized trips for photo opportunities. the long and rocky road can be tiring and a little scary, especially at night.

You can wake up to the sound of birds singing and enjoy the tranquility of the valley. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. the staff provides excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are met. the breakfast is a highlight, with delicious Colombian farm cheese, ranch eggs, and freshly brewed coffee.

The variety of food options in the all-inclusive package could be improved.
